About Us

The decision to develop the Tribalise platform was made in June 2009 soon after Mike Kesterton and Niall Power met.  Each came to that meeting with a very similar vision, where the new social media would play an important part in enabling local and international communities of all types to gel around leaders and receive mutual support.

Prior to their meeting, Mike Kesterton was focussing on technology by working with a global community to develop rich, Open Source software for social and commercial interaction between members. Niall Power, after successfully launching an international auction web service, was following his passion for sports and was developing a deep understanding of the needs for sporting communities and their untapped potential to leverage benefits for all their members. 

Mike Dorahy was brought into the Tribalise tribe a short time later, to incorporate his experience and understanding of organisation change management as it relates to our customers stakeholders, processes and technology.

What followed has been an internal process to refine the business model in a ways consistent with the values of Community and Open Source.  At the same time the software and supporting infrastructure has been integrated and tested with customers to ensure its robustness and security for real world business applications.

Tribalise can integrate your Facebook Fan page and Twitter pages into your home page and also arrange it so once you update your news page it will automatically update Twitter and your Fan page. This is also a very good process to increase your Google ranking.
